On September 30th, 2023, as part of a jointly conducted scientific project, the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry of Bharati Vidyapeeth’s College of Pharmacy, Navi Mumbai, hosted scientist Vadim S. Pokrovsky, MD, PhD, MBA, D. Sci., Head of Laboratory of Biochemical fundamentals of pharmacology and cancer models, N. N. Blokhin National Research Centre of Oncology, Head of Department of Biochemistry, People’s Friendship University, Moscow, Russia.
During the visit, many meetings were held during which the current results of co-operation were discussed and a further action plan was devised.
Dr. Vadim shared his expertise with students and faculty by delivering a talk on- “Enzymes with anticancer properties: new insights”.
